Meh
Hour n a half workout. It’s only half an hour shorter than my usual and I didn’t tan. But I wish I had. Anywho, it felt good. 30 minutes on the elliptical and the rest workin them muscles. Been home since Wednesday afternoon an not eating too healthy so now I’m back on track. Came home and had some sea salt crackers and mr Greens veggies with light cheesy sauce. Now I’m outside with the dogs. I love being on track. No plans for a bit before I have to pick up my baby from work. I feel like a nap, been awake since 7. Hmm. Gonna go clean I guess.
